The room included a functional refrigerator. Check-in was easy! and the staff was very helpful. I appreciated being able to leave my bags after checkout at no extra cost. It was a great convenience for exploring before my flight. The location next to a metro station was excellent.
The tram outside made a lot of noise at night. It was like it was running right through the room. This affected my sleep.

The room offered a smart tv. That was useful. i liked the magnetic entrance door. rooms are named after cities around the world. That's kind of fun. its central location meant i could walk to serdika metro station in just five minutes.
the walls seemed very thin, so noise from outside and other rooms was noticeable. the air conditioner was kind of busted, it worked but was imperfect.

the location was great for accessing sights and public transport. the staff helped arrange a taxi for a 4am airport transfer. i could leave my bags at reception after checkout without extra cost. the receptionist was very helpful, he explained everything clearly.
